Enquiries

We use the name, email address, topic and message you submit to answer your question or discuss your request. The basis is steps requested by you before a possible contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries. These details are not published.

Optional email news

With your consent, we store your email address, subscription time and the version of the consent you accepted to manage Crazy-Bunny product news and marketing updates. Subscription is optional. We keep your subscription while your consent remains active; after withdrawal, only records necessary to demonstrate consent or respect your opt-out are retained where required.

Withdraw or unsubscribe

Email [email protected] with the subject “Unsubscribe” at any time, without charge. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. No mailing campaign provider is connected to this website at present.

Storage and access

Enquiries and subscriptions are stored through the website’s Sites hosting and database services. Access is limited to authorised people and service providers operating the website. We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to manage the conversation and meet applicable obligations.

Anonymous visit statistics

We measure how many people visit this website and the countdown page, and whether visits come from people or from automated programs (bots), so we can understand, improve and protect the site. This runs on our own server without cookies, local storage or any third-party analytics service. We record the page visited, the referring website or campaign tag, the approximate country (provided by our network provider), device type, browser and operating system, and basic interactions on the countdown page such as using the share buttons.

We do not store your IP address. A visitor is recognised only by a one-way hash of technical details that changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you over time or to identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and securing the website. Visits that send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal are not recorded. Statistics are kept for up to 13 months and then deleted.

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the email above.
